Qualifying Criteria is as follows - Applicant(s) total monthly income must equal or exceed 3x the rent amount in order to qualify. Applicant must provide proof of income with their application. Applicant(s) credit score must be 625 or higher in order to qualify. It is Ridgeline Real Estates policy, that if an applicant has any criminal background, they may be disqualified. Applicant(s) must provide residential history with their application as the application requests.
